Micbex offer planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown service from 8.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday and telephone support for out of hours emergencies.

We offer two primary options for preventative maintenance contracts which can be tailor-made to suit individual customer requirements and provide them with the most cost-effective and labour efficient choice. A preventative maintenance contract is peace of mind to ensure you are compliant with relevant legislation and monitor any potential issue with equipment and reduce the risk of breakdown and therefore cost to business productivity.

Option One - planned preventative maintenance

Equipment breakdowns charged on a reactive basis

Response time offered within 24 hours

A PPM service which is assessed according to equipment type and usage ie recommend 2 x service visits per year and issue annual gas safety certificate

Option Two - Labour Inclusive PPM

As option one, however all call out/labour charges for breakdowns are included.

Parts required are quoted and charged additionally (subject to contract terms)
